Three destinations. Start from your business, not the country.
In Morocco we prepare your legal status. Abroad, we set up your company in the UAE or Hong Kong when your business needs it. Here is what each option gives you.

- United Arab Emirates
- Hong Kong

No jurisdiction is automatically superior or tax-free. Forming a foreign company may not change your obligations as a Moroccan tax resident. The right choice depends on your activity, residence, clients and objectives.

Morocco
In Morocco we do not open a company for you. We prepare your legal status, usually auto-entrepreneur, so you can work, invoice and get paid legally, with the lowest costs and the most advantages for your activity.
- An official professional identityRegistered in the national auto-entrepreneur register, with your own ICE and tax ID.
- Legal invoicesInvoice clients in Morocco and abroad with your ICE, the way companies and platforms expect.
- Health coverage for youCNSS affiliation gives you access to AMO health insurance and builds pension rights.
- A very low, simple taxOnly 0.5% of turnover for commerce and crafts, or 1% for services. No VAT and no corporate tax.
- You stay your own bossWhat you earn stays yours. A company pays 20% tax on its profit, then 11.25% more when you pay yourself dividends.
- Stronger travel and visa filesYour registration, tax and CNSS documents prove a real activity, which consulates often ask for. The decision stays theirs.
- A cleaner file for banksA registered status and regular declarations give banks and payment providers a clear picture of how you earn.
- Light yearly upkeepQuarterly online declarations and a simple record of receipts. No heavy accounting.
- Freelancers, developers and designers
- Content creators and influencers
- Small e-commerce and online sellers
- Anyone earning online who is not ready for a company
- Choosing the status and activity that fit how you earn
- Registration, ICE and tax ID
- CNSS and AMO affiliation
- Invoice template and declaration reminders
Good to know. The status has yearly ceilings: 200,000 MAD for services and 500,000 MAD for commerce and crafts. For services, turnover above 80,000 MAD a year with the same client is taxed at 30% at source. When you grow past these limits, we plan the next step with you.

United Arab Emirates
A UAE company, usually in a Free Zone, is one of the most popular international structures for founders with global clients, with low taxes, full foreign ownership and a path to residence.
- No personal income taxSalaries and dividends you receive in the UAE are not taxed as personal income.
- Low corporate taxProfit up to AED 375,000 is taxed at 0%, then 9% above. Qualifying Free Zone income can stay at 0% when the conditions are met.
- 100% foreign ownershipFree Zone companies are fully owned by you, with no local partner required.
- A path to UAE residenceCompany owners can apply for an investor or partner residence visa, and sponsor family. Approval is decided by the authorities.
- International bankingMulti-currency accounts and strong banks, with an application file we prepare. Each bank decides on its own.
- A global business hubA respected address for clients across the Gulf, Europe, Africa and Asia, with one of the largest networks of tax treaties.
- Free movement of moneyNo currency controls: profits and capital can move in and out freely.
- Fast, digital set-upLicences and renewals are largely online, often in a few weeks through licensed partners.
- SaaS founders and agencies with international clients
- Founders planning to spend time in the UAE
- E-commerce brands and consultants scaling globally
- Free Zone comparison and licence choice
- Incorporation through licensed partners
- Residence visa and bank application preparation
- Yearly renewals, corporate tax and VAT reminders
Good to know. VAT at 5% applies once turnover passes AED 375,000 a year. A UAE company does not automatically change your Moroccan tax residence. We flag this and involve qualified advisers.

Hong Kong
A Hong Kong Limited company is a long-standing choice for international trading and online businesses selling worldwide, with low, simple taxes and a strong international reputation.
- Only local profits are taxedHong Kong taxes profits sourced in Hong Kong. Profits earned outside can be exempt after a review by the tax office.
- Low two-tier tax rates8.25% on the first HK$2 million of profit, then 16.5% above.
- No VAT, no dividend taxNo sales tax, no capital gains tax and no tax withheld when you pay dividends.
- 100% foreign ownershipYou can own and direct the company yourself, without living in Hong Kong.
- Banks and payment providersMulti-currency accounts and access to major payment platforms, with a file we prepare. Providers decide on their own.
- Free movement of capitalNo currency controls, a stable currency and a trusted common-law system.
- A gateway to Asia and the worldOne of the most recognised trading hubs, trusted by suppliers, marketplaces and clients.
- Clear yearly complianceAnnual return, audited accounts and tax return, with reminders from us so nothing is missed.
- E-commerce and dropshipping businesses
- Service businesses with clients across Asia and Europe
- Founders who need a company without relocating
- Incorporation, registered office and company secretary
- Bank and payment-provider application preparation
- Offshore profit claim guidance with qualified advisers
- Annual return, business registration and accounting reminders
Good to know. Incorporation does not create residency, and banks apply their own reviews. An offshore profit exemption is not automatic and needs a proper professional review.
