About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Legal Stack website and to consultations and services you book with us. Specific services are also described in the written proposal you receive before you commit.
What we do
Legal Stack provides business structuring consultations and coordinates company formation, registration and maintenance services, with licensed partners where required. We are not a law firm, a tax advisory firm, a bank, a government authority or a regulated financial intermediary.
No guaranteed outcomes
Decisions by banks, payment providers, Free Zone authorities, immigration authorities and tax authorities are theirs alone. We do not guarantee any account opening, payment-provider approval, licence, residency or tax outcome.
Consultations
- The free consultation lasts 20 minutes and is an initial discovery, not a full legal or tax analysis
- Paid consultations are confirmed after payment and described when you book
- Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund policy
Fees
Our service fees, third-party fees and expected renewals are itemised in your written proposal. Government and partner fees may change outside our control; we tell you before you commit.
Your information
You agree to give accurate information. Services depend on the documents and information you provide.
Liability
We provide our services with care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by third parties or for losses caused by inaccurate information provided to us.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly with you first.
