Services
For services such as company formation, fees paid to governments, Free Zone authorities or partners are usually non-refundable once submitted. Our own service fee is refunded in proportion to the work not yet started. Details are set out in your written proposal.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@legalstack.ma with your name and booking details. We reply within a few working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
