Legal Stack ("we", "us") provides business structuring consultations for web entrepreneurs. You can contact us about your data at hello@legalstack.ma. Our registered company details will be published on this page.
The data we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, WhatsApp number
- Information about your business that you choose to share: activity, revenue range, the problems you face
- Booking details: the date and time of your consultation
- Technical data: basic, anonymised information about how the website is used
Why we use it
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
- To reply to your messages and prepare your consultation
- To provide the services you ask for, including coordination with licensed partners
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Legal basis and Moroccan law
We process personal data in line with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and the requirements of the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). We process your data on the basis of your consent, our contract with you, or our legal obligations.
Sharing your data
We share your data only when needed to provide the service you asked for, for example with licensed company-formation partners, accountants or advisers, and only with your agreement. Where data is transferred outside Morocco, we take appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to its processing for legitimate reasons. Write to hello@legalstack.ma. You may also contact the CNDP.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
